Self Defence for Discerning Ladies & Gentlemen

Gentlemen, are you tired of feeling ill at ease when walking about town?
Ladies, do you long to feel more secure when browsing in fashionable shop windows?
Then we strongly encourage you to attend our self defence practical seminars.
Using simple everyday (and often carried) items, the Cane and Umbrella, we will demonstrate, and give practical instruction in, appropriate methods of self defence.
Today, it is more important than ever for Ladies and Gentlemen of good breeding to be able to defend their belongings and personage from the unwanted attentions of common street scoundrels and ne’er-do-wells.
